Sintomi
Quando si immette un valore di Codice dell'indirizzo di spedizione in un ordine di vendita in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013, il Codice postale, città e Provincia valori non vengono trasferite dalla scheda Spedire a - indirizzo per il campo Spedire a-CAP , il campo Spedire a-città e il campo Spedire a-Provincia nell'ordine di vendita. Questo problema si verifica solo se il valore di Codice di paese di spedizione è già specificato nell'ordine di vendita e il valore è diverso dal valore di Codice del paese sul nuovo indirizzo di spedizione.
Risoluzione
Informazioni sull'hotfix
Un hotfix supportato è ora disponibile da Microsoft. Tuttavia, è destinato esclusivamente alla risoluzione del problema descritto in questo articolo. Applicarlo solo ai sistemi in cui si verificano questo problema specifico. Questo hotfix potrebbe essere sottoposto ad ulteriori test. Pertanto, se il problema non causa gravi difficoltà, consiglia di attendere il prossimo service pack di Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 o versione successiva di Microsoft Dynamics NAV contenente tale hotfix.
Nota: In casi particolari, le spese normalmente addebitate per le chiamate potrebbero essere annullate qualora un aggiornamento del supporto tecnico di Microsoft Dynamics e prodotti correlati di supporto determina che uno specifico aggiornamento risolverà il problema.
