Important After you install the August 28, 2012 hotfix package for Outlook 2010, the tentative meeting remains in the Calendar when you delete the meeting invitation from the Inbox. The tentative copy of the meeting is no longer deleted. This is a change in behavior. The same applies when a delegate deletes a meeting invitation in the manager's Inbox. The warning shown in this section is not displayed.

More Information
If you select the Do not show this message again check box in the warning, the warning message is suppressed the next time that a delegate deletes a meeting request when the corresponding meeting is already marked as tentative on the manager's calendar. However, the meeting is still deleted from the manager's calendar. In this situation, the following registry data suppresses the warning:
Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Options\General
String: PONT_STRING Value: 79,Note The PONT_STRING value may not begin with "79," as there may be other values contained in this string. The PONT_STRING registry value stores multiple comma-separated values. Each indicates a dialog box that you have chosen not to display.
