Symptoms
Assume that you upload several document item lists to a document library in Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. SharePoint Server 2010 displays incorrect list view results or displays incorrect item count information when you perform either of the following operations:

You use multiple managed metadata column filters that use multiple values to filter the document item lists on multiple columns.

You use the metadata navigation and filtering feature to filter the document item lists on multiple columns.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, apply the following update:
