Symptoms
When you set the Locale option to English (United Kingdom) on the Regional Settings page in Microsoft PerformancePoint Services, and then you select the decomposition tree in the dashboard, you receive the following error message:
An exception occurred while analyzing a cell in the Decomposition Tree.
Note This issue occurs after you apply the hotfix package that is described in Knowledge Base (KB) article 2597069.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, apply the following update:
