Introduction

This article describes an update that enables Microsoft Lync 2010 for Windows Phone to process the new Inactive token from the Lync Server Mobility Service. After you apply this update, Lync 2010 for Windows Phone displays your presence status as Inactive together with a yellow presence bar. This behavior occurs after you set the presence status to Busy and then leave the Lync client in an idle state for 5 minutes.
