Microsoft distributes Microsoft SQL Server 2012 fixes as one downloadable file. Because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous SQL Server 2012 fix release.
Symptoms
When you use the tablediff utility (Tablediff.exe) to compare two tables in Microsoft SQL Server 2012, the tablediff utility reports incorrect results.
This issue occurs when the following conditions are true:

A table contains a primary key (composite or not) in a uniqueidentifier data type column.

The uniqueidentifier data type column is the first column in the table definition.
-
In the destination table, there is at least one value in the uniqueidentifier column that is lower than the lowest value in the source table.

Workaround
To work around this issue, alter the table so that the uniqueidentifier column is not the first column.
