Symptoms
The Microsoft Exchange Replication service (MSExchangeRepl.exe) crashes intermittently in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment. Additionally, the following event is logged in the Application log:
Cause
This issue is caused by a System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException exception that occurs when the Exchange Replication service encounters invalid date and time parameters.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the following update rollup:
2803727 Description of Update Rollup 1 for Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 3
