Symptoms
An Exchange Information store worker process (Microsoft.Exchange.Store.Worker.exe) crashes when you try to export some mailboxes in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 environment. Additionally, the following messages are logged in the Application log:

To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update:
