Symptoms

Assume that you receive a Secure/MIME (S/MIME) signed or encrypted message that contains multiple pages in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment. You try to print the message in Outlook Web App (OWA). In this situation, only the first page is printed.

Cause

This issue occurs because a certain style is applied to the HTML Div tag. The style forces Internet Explorer to print the first page and ignore the remaining content in the S/MIME print operation.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the following update rollup:

Status

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
