Symptoms
When you use Outlook Web App (OWA) to view public folder contacts in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 environment, the view shows only partial contacts, starting with "A." Additionally, when you search for particular contacts in OWA, there's no "next page" option to view the whole list.
Cause
This problem occurs because of incorrect code logic for OWA public folder contact view.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install Cumulative Update 11 for Exchange Server 2013.
