Symptoms
This issue occurs when you use the ResyncLuns (RecoverSet()) Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) API to perform hardware VSS snapshot restore.
Cause
This issue occurs because the VSS ResyncLuns operation is rejected by the VSS software provider.
