ISSUE
After installing Office for Mac 16.63 update, you can't create new signatures by selecting the plus sign (+).
All the existing signatures are also missing.
STATUS: FIXED
The issue is fixed in Outlook for Mac build 16.64. It was released to Production on Tuesday, August 16, 2022.
