Symptoms
Assume that you use Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or 2014 PowerPivot for SharePoint 2013, and that you schedule a data refresh for a workbook. When you set the schedules to occur on a specific day every certain number of months, continuous refreshes occur in some specific scenarios.The setting for the schedules resembles the following screen shot.
Resolution
The issue was first fixed in the following cumulative update of SQL Server.
Each new cumulative update for SQL Server contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous cumulative update. Check out the latest cumulative updates for SQL Server:
