Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You install Microsoft BizTalk 2009 or Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2 on a two-node Windows Server failover cluster. Additionally, you configure a BizTalk host as a cluster resource.

One node of the cluster goes offline because the node is powered off or because the network connection is lost.

You try to refresh the BizTalk Server Group Hub page in the BizTalk Server Administration console.
In this scenario, it takes a very long time to refresh the BizTalk Server Group Hub page.
