"Could not process the lookup Record value on the Args instance" error message when you click "View details" after right-clicking Number filed of a planned product order in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Symptoms

Assume that you create a new planned product order in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. When you right-click Number field of the planned order in the Planned orders dialog box, and then click View details, you receive the following error message:

Could not process the lookup Record value on the Args instance. The table 'ReqTrans' does not exist as a root FormDataSource for the form 'ReqTransOverview'.

This problem occurs because the ReqTransOverview form is not open when a jumRef value is performed from the RefId value in the Planned orders dialog box.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
