Symptoms
Assume that you run a Session Integrator (SI) session through Host Integration Server. Under a heavy load condition, sessions may be unresponsive and left in a state of "system services control point" (SSCP). Additionally, the session cannot be recovered unless you restart the instance of Host Integration Server.
Cause
This problem occurs under heavy load conditions because sessions may be destroyed before they receive the Open(SSCP) response. This leaves the session in the SSCP state.
Resolution
The fix that resolves this problem is included in the following cumulative updates for Host Integration Server:
