Symptoms
When you install the Microsoft Office Communicator Web Access Plug-in on a computer that is running Windows 7, you receive the following dialog box several times:
Do you want to run this software?
Name:CWAPlugin.exe
Publisher: Microsoft Corporation
Cause
This issue occurs because of a change in the security model for Windows 7.
Resolution
To fix this problem, install the following cumulative update:
983469 Description of the cumulative update package for Office Communications Server 2007 R2, Communicator Web Access: July 2010
Status
