Resolution:
Start de server opnieuw. Als het probleem blijft bestaan contact product support.

Oplossing

U kunt dit probleem, installeren de juli 2017 cumulatieve update 5.0.8308.992 voor webserver onderdelen van de Lync Server 2013.
