Update PowerPoint

1. Select File > Account.

2. On the right side, select Update Options > Update Now.

   

1. Select Help > Check for Updates. 

2. (Optional) To turn on automatic updates, select Automatically keep Microsoft apps up to date.

3. Select Update or Update All. (If multiple app updates are available, an arrow button appears to the right of Update All. Click it to see a list of apps ready to be updated. Then you can click the Update button for an individual app, such as PowerPoint.)

PowerPoint for the web is always up to date. To check your build number:

1. Go to File and select About.

2. At the bottom of the page, under Diagnostics, you can see the Build version.
