INTRODUCTION

Issue that this hotfix package fixes

When you enable Use Cached Exchange Mode in Microsoft Outlook 2010, the following issues occur:

  • There are no items to show in the Outlook Social Connector People Pane.

  • In Outlook Account settings, the information displayed under "Selected e-mail account delivers new e-mail messages to the following location:" is incorrect.
