Symptoms

In a Microsoft Host Integration Server 2010 environment, you configure the Client Application Name property in a connection string. However, the Client Application Name property is not passed as External Name (EXTNAM) in the Exchange Server Attributes (EXCSAT) Distributed Data Management (DDM) command frame. Instead, the default name MSEIDRDA is unexpectedly passed in the frame.
