Symptoms

When you try to send multiple iDoc documents simultaneously to SAP through the .NET Connector (NCo), you receive an error message that resembles the following:

Error:

Unable to allocate client in pool…peak connection limit 10 exceeded.

 

 

Note This issue may occur even if you set the Enable Connection Pool option to False for the Send port.

Resolution

This problem was fixed in the following cumulative updates for BizTalk Server:

Cumulative Update 2 for BizTalk Server 2016

Cumulative Update 6 for BizTalk Server 2013 R2

Cumulative Update 5 for BizTalk Adapter Pack 2013

Status

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
