Sintomas
Após você instalar qualquer uma das atualizações de segurança do .NET Framework de setembro de 2018 para resolver a CVE-2018-8421 (Vulnerabilidade de execução remota de código do .NET Framework), os fluxos de trabalhos pré-configurados do SharePoint param de funcionar. Motivo
O WF (Workflow Foundation) executa fluxos de trabalho somente quando todos os tipos e assemblies dependentes são autorizados no arquivo de configuração do .NET (ou adicionados explicitamente por meio de código) na seguinte árvore:

No entanto, após a atualização, alguns tipos usados pelos fluxos de trabalho pré-configurados do SharePoint que não eram necessários anteriormente são agora necessários.
Resolução
