Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You sign in to Microsoft Lync 2013 by using an account that has Unified Contact Store (UCS) enabled.

You use the Shift key or the Ctrl key to select more than three contacts.

You perform a drag-and-drop operation to move the contacts to another group.
In this scenario, the contacts cannot be moved. Additionally, you receive an error message dialog for each contact.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update:
