Symptoms
After you install SharePoint 2016 update 4493195, the document URL in the callout ellipse in a document library is missing the DocID query string parameter if the Document ID feature is enabled.
Cause
This issue occurs because of changes in how the document URL is displayed.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install KB 4493232.
Workaround
To get the document URL that has the correct DocID query string parameter, follow these steps:

Select the document item in a list view.

Select FILES in the top ribbon menu, and then select View Properties.

On the details page, right-click the Document ID field value, and then select Copy link address.
