INTRODUCTION
This article describes that the Staff Accounting update is available in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) with the Eastern Europe GLS layer installed. The new functionality covers the legislative requirements in the Social insurance Fund reporting (4-FSS) and requirements to add medical institution information to the sick-list details.
More Information
According to the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection No 107n from March 19, 2013, legislative requirements about the Social insurance Fund report (4-FSS) were changed from the second quarter of year 2013.
To comply with the requirements, this update adds the following features:
- A new printable format of the 4-FSS report is implemented in the Staff Accounting module.
- A new electronic format of the 4-FSS report is implemented in the Electronic Reporting module.
According to the order of the Ministry of health and social development of Russian Federation № 624n from June 29, 2011 that contains the latest changes from April 17, 2013, sick lists can be issued by one medical institution but be closed (or reissued) by another one.
To comply with the requirements, this update adds the following features:
- The information about the medical institution can be entered into the system by using the sick-list details form.
- Medical institution descriptive detail information (name, address and registration number) are available for printing in the sick-list report.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.

Validation of the application hotfix installation
To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method whose name includes the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix. Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by comparing the KBXXXXXX.txt file against the objects in the AOT. By doing this, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or in the GLP layer.
Note The XXXXXX placeholder represents the KB article number of the installed hotfix.
