Simptome
Când mulți clienți conectați la Microsoft BitLocker administrare și monitorizare 2.5 recuperare bazele de date, blocări SQL fatale poate apărea în baza de date. De aceea, chei nu pot fi recuperate de la Helpdesk Portal sau Self Service Portal. Clientii noi primesc erori atunci când încearcă să criptați ca serviciul MBAM devine inaccesibilă. Acest lucru provoacă timeout și alte erori.
În plus, următoarele erori apar în jurnalele de urmărire MBAM svc sub c:\inetpub\Microsoft Solution\Logs\Recovery de gestionare BitLocker și Hardware Service\ * .svclogs:
Tranzacții (proces ID 63) a fost blocate resurse de blocare cu un alt proces și a fost ales ca victimă de blocare. Executați din nou tranzacției. Tranzacții uncommittable este detectat la sfârșitul batch. Tranzacția este revenea.
Rezolvare
Pentru a rezolva problema, actualizați proceduri stocate asociate cu baza de date de recuperare de MBAM. Pentru aceasta, executați următoarele scripturi Transact-SQL:
