August 2017
Switzerland is migrating all bank messages to ISO20022 (incl. SEPA (www.sepa.ch)). The existing direct debit schemes will be harmonized using the ISO 20022 standard. First direct debit format being harmonized is CH-DD whereas LSV/BDD will be harmonized next year, hopefully in single unified format which will be addressed by separate update. Direct Debits will be processed as pain.008 messages.
The release is the next step in adapting to ISO2002. The mapping follows the following guidelines.
