Symptoms
After you've published forms into a public folder in the organizational forms library, those forms cannot be deleted from Microsoft Outlook in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 environment. Additionally, the Copy, Update, Delete, Properties, and Save As buttons are all unavailable.
Cause
This issue occurs because a RP_ROW_TYPE MAPI property is returned empty by Exchange Server 2013.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install Cumulative Update 7 for Exchange Server 2013.
