Symptoms

When you use the BULK INSERT task to copy data from a source file that exists in a FileTable, a "Non-yielding Scheduler" condition may occur. Additionally, the SQL Server generates a memory dump file.

Resolution

This problem was first fixed in the following cumulative update for SQL Server:

Cumulative Update 6 for SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 1 Cumulative Update 1 for SQL Server 2016
