SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

If you want to use the default email account when clicking New Email regardless what account or folder you start from use the following steps. Select File > Options > Mail. Under Send Messages, check the box Always use the default account when composing new messages. Select OK.

In Outlook, when you want to invite people to attend a meeting or event, you usually send a meeting request. The recipient can then accept the request and the item is added to his or her calendar. There is an alternative method that works more broadly with Outlook and other calendar programs.
