To prevent misuse of UNC paths by attackers, we are removing parameters that take UNC paths as inputs from the Exchange Server PowerShell cmdlets and the Exchange Admin Center. These changes will affect all cumulative update (CU) releases of Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 (CU12 and later) and Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 (CU23 and later).

SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

Sign in to your work or school account and then go to your My Account portal. Select Security info in the left menu or by using the link in the Security info pane. If you have already registered, you'll be prompted for two-factor verification. Then, select Add method in the Security info pane.

Uninstall or remove apps and programs in Windows. There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled.

Symptoms. When you add a mapped drive network location as a trusted location in Microsoft Office Word 2007 or in Word 2010, the location is added using the Universal Naming Convention (UNC) path.

Unlink and re-link OneDrive. Unlinking and re-linking your computer to OneDrive can help solve some sync problems. You can also use these same steps to move your OneDrive to a new location, such as an external disk drive.
