If you can't sign in to your Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN email account, or you're not sure how to sign in or sign out, here are some solutions.

You must have Outlook downloaded on your Android or iOS device and add a work or school email account. If you haven't downloaded and configured your Outlook app for your work or school account, follow the instructions here. Your organization must allow you to use Outlook to authenticate.

Go to outlook.office.com. If you're not automatically signed in with your work or school account, follow the prompts to enter the email address and password for your work or school account. Follow any two-factor authentication prompts you may have previously set up for this account. Select Sign in.
