Then you should be able to see if this mysterious order actually appears in their system. Important: Never call the phone number, or click any links, in the email message. Once you're comfortable that the message is fake, report it as spam in your email client or just delete it.

In new Outlook, open a new message or reply to a message. From Options > Show fields, select Show Bcc. Add the names of people you want on the Bcc line. Note: When you add someone's email address to the Bcc (blind carbon copy) box, a copy of the message is sent to that person.

Sending a message. If you haven't already set up messages, do the following: On your PC, in the Phone Link, select Messages. To start a new conversation, select New message. Enter the name or phone number of a contact. Select the person you want to send a message to.
