If the message is just an FYI, or if you’re sending mail to colleagues about a non-work related topic, you can set the message as low importance. Click New Email to compose a new message. In the Tags group on the Ribbon, select High Importance or Low Importance .

Add the SharePoint tab in Teams to quickly paste any published page, news post, or list from a SharePoint site. In Microsoft Teams, you can add published SharePoint pages, lists, and document libraries as individual tabs in a Teams channel.

Create and manage custom tags in Teams. Select Teams on the left side of the app and select the team you want to create tags for in the list. Then select More options and choose Manage tags . Create a tag by naming your tag, adding a helpful description, and assigning people on your team.
