Use voting buttons in messages - Microsoft Support
If you encrypt an Outlook message that contains voting buttons, message recipients won't be able to see them. That feature isn't supported at this time. Create an email message or reply to or forward a message that you received. On the Options tab, in the Tracking group, click Use Voting Buttons.

Use AutoSum to sum numbers - Microsoft Support
When you select AutoSum, Excel automatically enters a formula (that uses the SUM function) to sum the numbers. Here’s an example. To add the January numbers in this Entertainment budget, select cell B7, the cell immediately below the column of numbers. Then select AutoSum.

Steps to convert .xls (macros workbooks) to .xlsm. Open the identified .xls workbook which contains macros. Navigate to File > Save As > Browse – which will open the below window.
