With External Access for Teams, you can add or invite anyone outside of your Teams org who uses Teams, Teams for personal use, Skype (for consumers), and Skype for Business to a one-to-one chat. For those who use Teams or Teams for personal use, this includes both one-to-one chats and new or existing group chats.

Repeated table headers are visible only in Print Layout view or when you print the document. If you change a table header on the first page, the header changes on all other pages also. You can only modify the table header on the first page—the header rows on subsequent pages are locked.
