Install a printer in Windows. When you connect a printer or scanner to your PC or add a new printer or all-in-one device to your home network, you can usually start printing right away. Windows 11 supports most printers, so you probably won't have to install special printer software.

Manage suggested recipients in Outlook for iOS and Android. Add, find, edit, or delete a contact in Outlook. As you type inside the To, Cc, or Bcc boxes, Outlook suggests recipients. The Auto-Complete List can be turned off.

If you receive a protected email message sent to the work or school account you use with Microsoft 365 in Outlook or Outlook on the web, the message should open like any other message. You'll see a banner at the top of the message that informs you of any restrictions on the message.

Print labels for your mailing list. Windows macOS. With your address list set up in an Excel spreadsheet you can use mail merge in Word to create mailing labels. Make sure your data is mistake free and uniformly formatted. We will use a wizard menu to print your labels.

Voice access in Windows 11 enables everyone, including people with mobility disabilities, to control their PC and author text using their voice. For example, you can open and switch between apps, browse the web, and read and author emails using your voice.

If you want to encrypt a message that doesn't meet a pre-defined rule or your admin hasn't set up any rules, you can apply a variety of different encryption rules before you send the message. To send an encrypted message from Outlook 2016, select Options > Permissions, then select the protection option you need.
