Change the message format to HTML, Rich Text Format, or plain text
You can change the format of a message when you reply to it or forward it. If someone sends you a plain text message, for example, you can reply to that message or forward it by using HTML or Rich Text Format. How the message appears to the person receiving it depends on their email program.

View email messages by conversation in Outlook - Microsoft Support
View messages grouped by conversation in new Outlook. At the top of the page, select Settings > Mail > Layout. Under Message organization, choose either of the options depending on whether you want to show email grouped by conversation or as individual message.

Add a Gmail account to Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Support

Use @mentions to get someone's attention in Outlook for Windows
To capture someone's attention in an email or meeting invite, type the @ symbol followed by their name within the message or invite. Doing so will highlight their name and prompt Outlook to add them to the To line, ensuring they notice, and add the @ symbol next to their message in the Inbox.
