If you can't sign in to your Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN email account, or you're not sure how to sign in or sign out, here are some solutions.

If you want to send automatic replies to those outside your organization, we recommend choosing Send replies only to contacts. When you're done, select Save. Two-step verification, also known as multi-factor authentication, helps you access your accounts more securely. Passwords can be forgotten, stolen, or guessed, and SMS text codes can be insecure.
