Phone Link app requires an Android phone with Android OS 7.0 or newer. If you use a USB cable to download directly from your device, you might need to change the USB setting to transfer media or photos.

If your content can’t be transferred to the specific app you’ll get a banner notification indicating this. You can open Phone screen instead and drop the file there, it’ll be copied into the Downloads folder on your Android device and you can use it across your mobile apps from there.
