There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled. You can try to repair a program first, if it's just not running correctly.

Fix your audio drivers. Hardware problems can be caused by outdated or malfunctioning drivers. Make sure your audio driver is up to date and update it if needed. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the audio driver (it will reinstall automatically).

Report email as junk or spam. Select the messages you want to report as junk. From the top toolbar, select Report > Report Junk. Notes: If you reported an email as junk by mistake, go to your Junk Email folder, select the message and this time select Report > Not Junk.

If you want to use a new email address with your existing Outlook.com account, follow the instructions in this article to create an email alias. This will give you an additional email address that uses the same inbox, contact list, and account settings as your primary email address.

You can wirelessly connect your PC to a TV, projector, or other kind of external display that supports Miracast. Turn on your TV, projector, or other display. If you're using a Miracast dongle or adapter, make sure it's plugged in to the display.

Try the Instructions for classic Outlook on the web. At the top of the page, select Settings > Mail > Automatic replies. Select the Turn on automatic replies toggle. Select the Send replies only during a time period check box, and then enter a start and end time.

Safe Senders in Outlook.com. To ensure messages from known addresses or domains don't get moved to your Junk Email folder, add them to your safe senders list: Open your Safe Senders settings. Under Safe senders and domains, enter the email address or domain you want to add, and select Add.
