Your Hotmail or Outlook.com password is the same as your Microsoft Account password. If you can you sign in but are having problems with Outlook.com, check the service status. If the status isn't green, wait until the service is running normally and try again.

Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

If you want to track your Microsoft Rewards order after you redeem an award, sign in to the Rewards page with your Microsoft account, select Redeem and then select Order history. On the Order history page, find your order and then look under Status. Open Rewards dashboard.

You may receive a message that says your desired gamertag is unavailable. If so, try again until one is accepted. On the next page, review how the gamertag will look across Xbox services. If you’re satisfied with your new gamertag, select Change gamertag.
