There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled. You can try to repair a program first, if it's just not running correctly.

Recall a message in Outlook on the web. Select Sent Items in the left folder pane, then double-click the sent message to open it in a separate window. From the ribbon, select Recall Message, then select OK in the confirmation dialog box. Shortly thereafter, you'll receive a Message Recall Report in your inbox.

If you want to use keyboard shortcuts, here's how: Hold down the Alt key on your keyboard. With the Alt key held down, type the four-digit code on the numeric keypad for the character you want. (Include the leading 0 if that’s required.) Note: This only works on the numeric keypad.

To switch voice typing languages, you'll need to change the input language you use. Here's how: Select the language switcher in the corner of your taskbar. Press the language switcher in the bottom right of the touch keyboard.

Add flair to your email with emojis. Outlook for Microsoft 365 Outlook 2021 Outlook 2019 Outlook 2016. Windows 10 and 11 contain a large set of emojis. To insert one: Put your cursor where you want the emoji. Hold Windows key + . (period) to open the Windows Emoji picker.
