When you send an SMS text message from Skype, the recipient will see the first 11 characters of your Skype Name and they won’t be able to reply to your SMS text message. To resolve this, you need to change the sender ID so it displays your mobile number instead of your Skype Name.

Try closing both the Xbox app and the third-party extension you’re using like the EA, Riot, or Ubisoft apps, and then relaunch the Xbox app. If that’s unsuccessful, try disabling and re-enabling the extension in the Xbox app by selecting your profile picture and going to Settings > Extensions.
