There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled. You can try to repair a program first, if it's just not running correctly.

Change the size of text in Windows. Here's how to change the size of text, images, and apps in Windows. To change your display in Windows, select Start > Settings > Accessibility > Text size. To make only the text on your screen larger, adjust the slider next to Text size.

This setting allows you to choose if any of your apps can access the camera. It doesn't set which specific apps can access the camera. Once you've allowed your apps to access the camera, you can change the setting for each app. Find the app you want, then turn on camera access for that app.
