The Outlook mobile app can sync email, contacts, calendar and files from Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Exchange Server (2007 SP2, 2010, 2013, and 2016), Outlook.com (including Hotmail, Live, and MSN), Gmail and Yahoo! Mail. Outlook for iOS and Android also connects to OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, Dropbox, Google Drive & Box.

Open the iOS Settings. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Near the top, tap Account. You will now be able to see your settings for Server, Domain, Username and Password. Copy this information into the same fields when setting up your Exchange account in our app using the advanced settings.

Add your Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, or Exchange-based email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch using Outlook for iOS.

If you are trying to set up an Exchange account in Outlook, ask the organization that gave you the email address for the name of your Exchange server. It's standard for them to provide you with this information so you can add your email address to a computer or phone.

Outlook for iOS and Android supports shared mailboxes when your mailbox and shared mailbox are located in Exchange Online and using the native Microsoft sync technology.

If you are seeing a screen like this, it means your Mail-Server is not auto-discoverable over the Internet based on the email and password you entered. You need to enter your mail server settings including the server host and your username (may be different from your email).
