To start a party by using the Xbox app: Press the Windows logo key , and then enter Xbox into the search bar.; Select the Xbox app for Windows to open the app. Expand the Friends tab, and then select Start a party.; Choose which friends that you want to invite to the party, and then select Start a party.Your invite will appear as a notification to the friends that you selected.

Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features . Find the app you want to remove, select More > Uninstall. Note: Some apps can't be uninstalled from the Settings app right now.
