Cast to a display from a Windows PC. You can wirelessly connect your PC to a TV, projector, or other kind of external display that supports Miracast. Turn on your TV, projector, or other display. If you're using a Miracast dongle or adapter, make sure it's plugged in to the display.

Export your contacts from Outlook to Google Gmail. Before you export contacts from Outlook, it is helpful to understand the difference between the Outlook Address Book and Outlook Contacts. Both are part of Outlook.

Quick Assist uses a remote connection, so remember to only use it with people you trust, since they can see your computer screen or control your PC (if you allow it). Select Start > All apps > Microsoft Store. In the Microsoft Store, search for and select Quick Assist. Select Get or Install.

You can easily edit the passwords saved in Microsoft Edge. Important: Changing the password in Microsoft Edge doesn't change the password for the website. You'll need to ensure that the password stored in Microsoft Edge matches the password you've set for the website.

All Outlook Data Files (.pst) and Offline Data Files (.ost) are listed along with the name of the account the files are associated with. If you cannot open your Outlook data file or suspect that the file is damaged, use the Inbox Repair tool (scanpst.exe) to repair errors in the file.

Codecs allow you to play different formats of audio and video files. Media Player supports a wide variety of codecs. Most are included out of the box; some additional codecs can be installed from the Microsoft Store.

To add your Gmail address as a way to sign in, go to Manage how you sign in to Microsoft. You can no longer add your Gmail mailbox to your Outlook.com account, but you can use the free Outlook mobile app to show all mailboxes together.
