Change your app recommendation settings in Windows
Select Start > Settings > Apps > Advanced app settings . Next to Choose where to get apps, select one of the available options. To see recommendations, select Anywhere, but let me know if there's a comparable app in the Microsoft Store. To stop seeing app recommendations, select Anywhere.

Get help with the Polls app for Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support
Since November 2020, you had to add a tab—the Forms app—to your meeting to use polls in Teams meetings. Now you'll add a new app called Polls as an option for your meeting tab. The experience of preparing, launching, and evaluating polls via the Polls app will be the same as the previous experience via the Forms app.
